Since the early 1960's, my family has been established and working in the famous artistic glass district on the island of Murano.
I grew up in this unique creative field of craftmanship. Ever since I was a curious little girl, I've been enthralled by the magic of beautifully couloured objects that emerge out of the mysteriously dark secret furnaces. Precious objects of all shapes and colours. It was impossible to stay indifferent to such a unique world that is dedicated to the processing and transforming of a noble and ancestral material: glass.
In 2006, after many different travels and journeys abroad, I decided to go back to Italy, to Venice, and create my own workshop, exclusively dedicated to the creation of glass jewelery. I set up shop in Murano, at the same address as my family's business, in the «Fondamenta dei Vetrai».
Located on the main canal of the famous Venetian island of Murano; Rio dei Vitrai, the workshop is based in the historical 15th Century Gothic style Ca d'Oro furnaces, traditionally know for their skills in producing glasses and lampadairss for centuries.
There still reigns a family atmosphere and a salutary team spirit which contributes to the craftsman's ability to express his talent for original creations in our workshops.
